About

I'm Luke LeFevre, the Founder of Holy Work. My career has been defined by the intersection of high-level creative direction and transformational leadership. Most recently, I served as the Chief Creative Officer at Ramsey Solutions, where I sat on the board and led a team of over 150 creatives in building brands like Financial Peace University and EveryDollar. While I've led massive media productions and national bestsellers, my true passion has always been people. I believe that for a leader to be effective, they must first learn to slow down and simplify the complex. Today, I focus on coaching CEOs and creative leaders to help them find clarity, refine their leadership style, and build world-class cultures. I’m here to offer my experience in brand alignment and executive growth to those looking to navigate the adventurous waters of leadership with intentionality.
