As a startup co-founder and product leader, I focus on building practical, scalable products that solve real business problems. I have hands-on experience taking products from idea to launch and growing them sustainably. At Cliniceo, I led the end-to-end conceptualisation, development, and launch of a clinic management platform tailored for aesthetic clinics. The product streamlines operations, improves workflows, and enhances patient experience, helping clinics run more efficiently while maintaining high standards of care. Earlier, I spearheaded the development of MyMoneySouq, a UAE-based marketplace for personal finance products. I owned the product roadmap, worked closely with engineering teams, and led SEO and growth initiatives. Over two years, we scaled organic traffic from zero to 300K monthly users through a strong focus on content, search strategy, and continuous product optimisation. Before this, I led R&D teams working on a context-awareness framework for mobile platforms, enabling smarter, more personalised user experiences. I have also worked on multiple products involving NLP, machine learning, and data-driven systems across different domains. My strengths lie in product development, system design and architecture, technology leadership, SEO, digital marketing, and growth strategy with a strong bias towards execution and measurable impact.
