I’ve spent nearly two decades building digital systems inside financial institutions — and I’ve learned that transformation is less about technology and more about decision velocity. I believe in people to enable change. I’ve learned that the best decisions happen closest to the work — not above it. I still get into the detail. I still want to understand the nuance of why a system behaves the way it does under pressure. And I also know how to translate that into direction, momentum, and teams that actually want to move. That’s the thing about transformation: the technology is rarely the bottleneck. The energy in the room is. Beyond work I also founded Lean2Lead, a leadership network for senior professional women — because building great institutions means building for diverse and inclusive workspaces and enabling strong women leadership through authentic networking.
