I, as part of the team, drove the finance module implementation of the project - Mergers and Acquisitions: was involved in the initial due diligence and post-acquisition monitoring and integration of Cipla’s first in-organic acquisition in USA - Budgeting and Strategy planning: Driving annual budgeting and 5 year strategy planning exercises of North America • Financial analytics and reporting - MIS analytics and reporting: develop and support the MIS dashboard for North America to be presented and Global CEO. - Capital expenditure proposals evaluations: Liaising with business, manufacturing, supply chain and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient evaluation and ratification of North America capex proposals - North America product portfolio dashboard: Working with cross-functional teams, design and co-create an excel based dashboard of North America product portfolio till 2020 to support management decision making • Compliance - Develop and implement ‘Delegation of Authority’ matrix for Cipla North America - Implement Internal Financial Controls for North America as per the requirement of Company’s act - Support internal and external audit of North America business unit - Support in the establishment of Cipla Canada Inc
