I build meaningful relationships with Clients, Partners, Investors, Vendors & Mentors I run Campaigns which increases inbounds & Outbounds. I host Daily Stand-ups to keep the business teams and product teams in sync. I do customer support/success everyday. I Listen to my customers problems & fix them within 5 Minutes. I make sure we are selling more than what we sold yesterday and operating efficiently, to keep Costs low and optimise for Contribution Margins and Net Profit. I Find myself drowning in Spreadsheets, doing financial simulations, control costs and budgets. I design Pre-Sales, Sales & Post-Sales Journeys and make sure it's running like an assembly line. I keep the Team's morale high. Always. Day In & Day Out. for 16 hours a day. On another note, I am a seasoned professional with a diverse skill set that spans public speaking, event hosting, and facilitation. With a proven track record of over 50+ successful events, I've had the privilege of orchestrating team-building experiences for renowned organizations like HPE, CGI, WEWORK, EY, Deloitte, PwC and BIAL. My expertise extends to hosting massive gatherings, from intimate audiences of 100-200 to staggering crowds of 5000-7000, where I've hosted 15-20+ shows as a skilled Emcee, with a total reach of 50,000+ People Passionate about driving impact to every last PIN Code, enhancing accessibility, and fostering engaging experiences, I am committed to steering the success and impact of both DocTrue and my facilitation endeavors.
