As the Head of Infrastructure & Services at Mahindra Finance, I lead the Real Estate,FM and Workplace Services for 1,350+ branches PAN India.My role involves driving workspace strategy, ensuring the safety, security, capital improvements and ongoing maintenance of our infrastructure, while also spearheading our sustainability initiatives, aligning them with responsible business strategies that generate long-term value for all stakeholders. I firmly believe in the power of infrastructure not only as a backbone for business operations but also as a catalyst for growth, innovation, and social responsibility. With a robust academic foundation—holding a PGCBM from XLRI, a PG Diploma in Environmental Science, and a B.Sc. in Life Sciences, I have honed both technical and strategic acumen to solve complex challenges. Over the past 25 years, I’ve built a career spanning BFSI, telecom, and construction sectors, constantly evolving to stay ahead of industry trends while delivering measurable results.
