L.P. Adams
Head of Leadership Development Programs at JLL
About
I'm L.P. Adams, currently serving as the Head of Leadership Development Programs at JLL. My career has been a journey of empowering others, moving from early roles in systems training and administration to leading global L&D strategies and DEI initiatives for tens of thousands of employees. I am deeply passionate about shifting the corporate perspective on learning—I believe it shouldn't be a one-time event, but a continuous rhythm, much like how an athlete trains. I'm focused on how we can use technology like AI to predict future skills while keeping 'humanity and humility' at the center of leadership. I'm here to connect with fellow innovators to discuss the evolution of our industry, share my experience in scaling global programs, and learn about the challenges other organizations are facing. I'm always looking to elevate the conversation around talent and performance.

Opinions
- Athletes don’t complete training. They live in it—learning should be a rhythm, not a one-off workshop.
- True confidence is found in humility and admitting when you don't have the answer.
- AI should be used to elevate delivery and predict skill requirements, not just replace tasks.
- Humility and humanity are necessary mindsets for organizational success.
