Special Projects: Kotak and ING Bank merger integration team: Consumer Bank
■ Managed the functional part in the migration of ING Core banking software to Finacle and handled cross-organizational process evaluation and assimilation across the retail bank liabilities ■ Implemented 'until system migration' process across the branches which resulted in saving INR ~2.5 crores with zero frauds, leakages, and incident reporting ■ Conducted multiple nation-wide training sessions that included software sessions, back office processes, cultural compatibility for successful post-merger integration.
National Product Manager: Currency Chest & Home Banking.
■ Launched currency chest business as an Industry first of running as a profit center, and successfully decreased incremental insurance cost of the additional chests with the industry-first floating insurance policy for the bank. Saved INR 1.4 cr. in the immediate FY and Continual incremental savings YoY ■ Automated entire vendor billing process for home banking which resulted in reduced cost and zero leaks in vendor payments with a bottom-line impact of ~30 lacs in the first year.
