Responsibilities : • Cloud infra management like Cloud Servers resource designing and ensure for 100% uptime, preparation of system hardening policy and periodically implementation, System upgrade planning and ensure for minimal downtimes, MPLS, SD-WAN and ILL connectivity to ensure 100% uptime connectivity etc. • Cyber Security Practices implementation like Firewall Protection to organization infrastructure, cloud managed End-Point with ransomware protection to protect user terminal in company/non-company environment, Zero trust/VPN with multifactor authentication for safe company infrastructure access, EDR services for threat detection and reporting for better preventive, SIEM/DDoS service for real time threat monitoring. • IT Project leads for evaluation, budgeting, scope and SLA defining, vendor negotiation, project timeline, coordination with stakeholders and testing part. My responsibility to ensure project completion within timeline with available resources and success rate 100%. • Various IT Audit responsibilities like ITGC, Statutory, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) etc. Ensure for positive results. Remediation action for Audit observations through implementing IT Policies/SOPs and ensure for periodically action completion. Routine monitoring for system hardening processes. • Leading team for IT local infrastructure management services (Hardware, software and network). Ensure to completion of IT tasks/tickets in defined timeframe by IT team, IT SLA policy and adherence • SAP BASIS Administration like performance tuning & monitoring, Users and Security management, Error Troubleshooting, SAP upgradation planning and ensure for completion in defined timeframe. • Team lead and management. Team mentoring and development • Business Continuity planning for IT services and resources. DR site preparedness with adequate RTO/RPO and ensure for readiness with realistic DR drills for all IT services.
