About

I'm Bert Oliva, the Founder of BOWAstudios and President of The Altius Group. For over three decades, I’ve dedicated my life to 'Humanology'—the scientific study of human potential. My journey started as a Cuban-born kid raised by a single mother, and I’ve used that grit to become one of the first Latino speakers to break into major global circuits. I specialize in helping people and corporations shatter their limits through 'Breakthrough' experiences like glass walking and fire eating. I’m passionate about self-empowerment, intentionality, and the power of human connection. Whether I’m training sales teams for companies like HBO and HP or speaking on a global stage, my goal is to help you stop making excuses and start making it happen. I’m here to offer my expertise in leadership and personal branding while looking to connect with anyone ready to transform their culture or their life.

Opinions

  • Being called 'crazy' is a sign of progress and courage.
  • Self-love is essential; you must be the most important person in the room for yourself first.
  • A person's starting point does not dictate their potential; grit is the primary currency.
  • The value of a gesture lies in the energy and thought behind it, not the cost.
