Alex Baydin
Founder & CEO, PerformLine; Founder of COMPLY Conferences
About
I'm Alex Baydin, the Founder of PerformLine and the COMPLY Conferences. Over the last two decades, I’ve been at the forefront of the RegTech movement, building PerformLine from a bootstrap startup into an enterprise-grade SaaS platform with nearly $20M in ARR, leading to a successful majority exit in 2021. My career has been defined by the belief that compliance isn't a hurdle—it's a strategic function and a competitive advantage. I’m passionate about the intersection of marketing, technology, and regulation, particularly how AI is currently transforming these spaces. Having transitioned from my long-term role as CEO, I’m now focused on sharing the 'groundbreaking learnings' from my journey, mentoring the next generation of founders, and supporting the broader fintech and regulatory ecosystem. I’m always happy to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and compliance leaders to discuss scaling, culture, or the future of risk mitigation.
