Naman Goel
Program Manager - Events and IP at Inc42 Media
Managing events and intellectual property at Inc42 Media while continuing to design experiences that foster deep resonance.
Intro
I'm a Program Manager at Inc42 Media, but I often describe myself as an experience curator and storyteller. My journey has taken me from electrical engineering to peace studies, and through various roles in program design and community building at places like Slam Out Loud and Pravah. I believe that stories are the infrastructure of our lives—they help us make sense of the world. I am passionate about creating spaces where participation has a 'pulse' and where information is lived and felt, not just delivered. Whether I'm designing a curriculum or managing a large-scale event, my goal is to move beyond logistics to create deep resonance. I'm always looking to connect with mission-driven teams and fellow creators who want to build programs that people truly carry with them.

- People remember the 'feeling in the room' and internal shifts rather than raw data.
- Programs should not feel like 'delivery' and events should not feel like 'logistics.'
- Creative expression is a universal language that can process trauma and rebuild fractured communities.
