Siddhartha Kosti
AI Engineer at RagaAI Inc
Developing production-ready RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and real-time AI observability tools.
Intro
I'm Siddhartha Kosti, an AI Engineer at RagaAI Inc. My journey has taken me from the lecture halls of IIT Kanpur and various engineering colleges as an Assistant Professor to the cutting edge of Generative AI. Currently, I specialize in building RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and real-time Voice AI systems. I’m passionate about making AI development accessible—what I call 'vibe coding'—while ensuring we don't sacrifice security for speed. Whether it's integrating observability tools with NVIDIA or building intelligence platforms for the Web3 space, I focus on solving the 'Black Box Problem' in AI. I’m always looking to connect with fellow builders and creators to discuss multi-agent systems and how we can move from simply chatting with AI to delegating real work to autonomous agents.

Education
Master of Technology (MTech) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur (2011–2013); Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from MITS (2006–2010).
Achievements
- ›Integrated RagaAI’s 'Catalyst' into NVIDIA’s NeMo Agent Toolkit for real-time multi-agent debugging.
- ›Led a funded research project on solar panel optimization.
- ›Launched a 'vibe coding' course for non-technical users to build web apps in under 30 minutes.
- ›Built 'AlphaTrack,' a collaboration intelligence platform for NFT and Whitelist hunters.
Opinions
- Security over Speed: AI-assisted coding often skips critical security steps like exposing private credentials.
- Problem-First Framework Selection: Choose tools based on the specific problem (e.g., Pipecat for voice) rather than following trends.
- Focused Growth: Master one skill at a time to prevent scattered energy.
- AI Democratization: Zero-coding skills should not be a barrier to building functional web applications.
