Hannah Pritchett
Chief People Officer at Anthropic
Leading people operations and talent strategy at Anthropic while advocating for mission-driven organizational growth.
Intro
I'm Hannah Pritchett, currently the Chief People Officer at Anthropic. My career has been a bit of a non-traditional journey—I've spent years at the intersection of operations, risk, and people at places like Stripe and Facebook, and even served as an interim VP of Engineering. I like to think of myself as a 'switchboard operator,' connecting the right people to the right problems to build high-performing, high-empathy teams. Beyond the office, I’m a massive linguistics nerd (it’s what I studied at Berkeley), a former Jeopardy! contestant, and a long-time book reviewer. I’m passionate about mission-driven work, whether that’s scaling talent for AI safety or advocating for mental health in tech. I’m always happy to offer coaching or advice on scaling teams and am looking to connect with others in the AI and social-tech space.
