Mawaki Chango
Time & Decision Architect and Coach at TimeX Meridian; Founder & Managing Partner at DIGILEXIS Consulting
Developing decision systems and time leverage strategies for solopreneurs and executives through TimeX Meridian.
Intro
I am Mawaki Chango, a Time & Decision Architect and the founder of TimeX Meridian and DIGILEXIS Consulting. My career has been a journey through the evolution of digital identity and global tech policy—from my doctoral research on medieval seals and digital passports to serving on the Board of the Sovrin Foundation and consulting for organizations like UNESCO and the African Union. Today, I focus on helping high-level professionals move beyond the 'time-for-money' cycle. I bridge the gap between rigorous academic analysis and practical decision systems, helping founders and executives architect their time into what I call 'Sovereign Capital.' I am passionate about internal sovereignty, the biology of choice, and building generative estates. I’m here to connect with those looking to navigate complexity with clear judgment and unlock their full creative potential.

Opinions
- Time is not a resource to be managed but a foundational currency to be architected into sovereign capital.
- Human decision-making is a biological democracy involving the microbiome, not a solo command-and-control system.
- Traditional donor-driven development models often prioritize maintaining world order over eradicating poverty.
