I'm Rohit Swerashi, the CEO of GeniOS and a Resident Founder at Founders, Inc. My journey has been a series of 'Failed to GeniOS' moments—from bootstrapping a healthcare venture to ₹35 lakhs in revenue to building AI mentor platforms. Currently, I'm obsessed with solving the 'invisible wall' that keeps AI agents from working in production. At GeniOS, we are building the 'Context Brain' that moves beyond simple memory to true organizational intelligence. I’m a big believer that failure is the best education, and I’m passionate about replacing manual 'babysitting' of agents with real automation. I’m here to connect with fellow builders and founders who are pushing the boundaries of what Agentic AI can actually do in the real world.
