I'm Dinesh Reddy, founder of both ONDL (The Open Network for Digital Logistics) and Shipmantra, building what I call a 'Logistics Co-Pilot.' My journey started in automotive and aerospace engineering, took me through research in France and wind energy entrepreneurship, and now I'm fully focused on transforming India's logistics through technology. I believe our logistics capacity is already here - it just needs intelligent digitization and orchestration. Through ONDL, I'm creating open protocols that connect regional operators with enterprise demand, and I'm passionate about building inclusive ecosystems that give grassroots businesses a level playing field.
